3 Exercises to Eliminate Gynecomastia

This exercise is a hybrid of the plank and push-up that strengthens core muscles and can help you with more difficult exercises. This will also help stabilize your torso because the rest of your body will be mostly stationary, and your arms, chest, and shoulders will be doing the work.

Get in a plank position and put your entire weight on the elbows to start the exercise. Now, make sure you look at your elbows, and your body makes a straight line. Lower and lift your body in this position in a straight line and do ten reps for a complete set.

3. Bench Press

The bench press will help you with the maximum toning of the chest muscle, visually enhance your chest muscles, and reduce body fat.

To begin the exercise, lay flat on your back on the bench. Stretch your arms to a little more than shoulder-width apart while gripping a weight bar. Bring the bar to your chest slowly as you breathe in and push up as you breathe out for a single repetition.
